During treatment we also record the clinical information needed to care for you, such as your dental and medical history, examination findings, x-rays and the treatment carried out.

We use your contact details to confirm, reschedule and remind you about appointments, and to answer your questions. We use your clinical records to plan and deliver your treatment, to follow it up, and to keep the continuous history that safe dental care depends on. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your Dental Records

Dental records are confidential. They are kept securely at the clinic, access is limited to the clinical team involved in your care, and they are retained for as long as the law and professional practice require.

When We Share Information

We share your information only when it is necessary for your care or required of us: with a dental laboratory, radiology centre or specialist we refer you to, with your insurer where you have asked us to bill them, and with the competent authorities where the law obliges us to. Anyone we share information with is bound to keep it confidential.

This Website

This website stores a single small cookie that remembers whether you are reading the site in English or Arabic, so your choice survives from one page to the next. It holds no personal information and is not used to track you. Messages sent through the appointment form reach the clinic directly.
